Front service is always good but I had a basic oil change for a Subaru that was over $100, seems a little steep. A year ago I got an oil change for around $50. I know it was for my truck and this was for synthetic but seems like prices have increased dramatically. After I got back to house my Subaru was smoking from engine. Oil was spilt and was burning. Had to take car back the next day to get engine department cleaned.

I worked with Cam and had a great experience with him. I also worked with Shaun in the sales manager and that was okay. Overall Cam won the sale and saved the sale by his friendly demeanor and great attitude. One thing that I do not like about car shopping is feeling pressured to make a decision. Some people need to consider the options and weigh their choices. I did feel very pressured about making a decision, but stood my ground about wanting overnight to consider it. It was clear that was not a popular decision...not cool.

I purchased a used 2020 Tesla Model Y at the end of December 2024 that DeYarman had taken in on trade. Derek and Colin were both great to work with and the process was simple. Derek has also followed up with me on questions that I have asked him following the purchase concerning some of the services DeYarman provides for all vehicles that they sell, not just Fords.

The problem was not resolved! However, Chris took an interest in my issue by taking a "test drive" with me, visiting with his technician and service manager. My wife could not drive due to a medical condition. The ride from the dealership to my home was most appreciated as well as the dealership dropping of the vehicle following the work. I fail to understand how the aluminum frame on the 2022 F-150 can be causing the noise within the cab. If that is true for my truck, it seems that would be true for all 2022 F-150s. I understand ...

I noticed a vehicle online I wanted to look at and test drive from the website. Since the vehicle I was interested in was in Knoxville, they brought it up to the Indianola location since that is where I live. Everyone in the process from start to finish was courteous, professional and friendly which made the process pretty easy.
Good service manager I worked with. Would prefer getting an honest reply of what needs repaired. Took it to my trusted mechanic and there were two things on the list that he was not sure why they were on there and some that could wait.

Everyone was very professional and understanding even though when they went on a rode with me my truck didn't make the noise that it has been making for 2 months! They checked it over and tightened a few things up and told me if I hear the noise again just stop in and they would look at it again.

I always have a great experience when I bring my truck in for service. I had to take advantage of the new program pick up and return. Arrived on time and did a great job in completing the service and putting on new tires. Service was great notified me I needed a battery due to the fact it showed low. Its always great to know that people know and are doing there jobs. Knowing winter is comming I replaced the battery. Im very happy at the service I received.
Took months to get the parts. Went ok after they FINALY got the parts. we are talking months.
