The issue started in the summer of 2023. After your diagnosis, I was told the part was on back order. I asked again in the fall but was told the same. The warning light went away, and I forgot about it until it came back in the spring. When I brought it in to check on the parts status, a person who receives in customers told me I was going to be charged for a diagnosis; a service that your service department had already diagnosed. Wonderful to have this ongoing problem finally resolved after many appointments, parts and deductibles paid. Thank goodness we have the extended warranty to pay for the many parts ordered. No one part was identified as the issue. Liftgate problem to begin with….

The oil was changed very quickly happy about that. I sat for 10 minutes after seeing my car come out, nobody came to get me. The guy checking me out took about 12 or more minutes to check me out, didn’t seem to know what he was doing.

I arrived at 7:00 A.M. for Quick-Lane service without an appointment. They greeted me in the staging area, wrote the service ticket, and showed me to the waiting area telling me it could be a 2 hour wait, which was acceptable under the circumstances. They came in to tell me the car was ready, reviewed the checklist, completed the payment, and I was out the door in just over one hour. Excellent service! Thank you.
